The chairman of the Sharjah Health Authority stated that this honor is a result of the wise leadership and government of the United Arab Emirates supporting all employees and those involved in the health sector in the nation. It is also regarded as a powerful motivator for work and diligence in serving the country and society in the health care field . 

Dr. Abdulaziz Saeed Obaid bin Butti Al Muhairi continued his speech by saying :"With this medal, we may commemorate the ground-breaking medical procedures and inspirational success stories in the healthcare and medical fields, offering our deep thanks, appreciation and gratitude to His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi,  Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, the Crown Prince and Their Highnesses the Deputy Rulers for their constant support for the health sector in the Emirate of Sharjah and their follow-up with all matters that are in the interest of the nation, citizens, and residents of our beloved country, and harnessing all capabilities to achieve the best, and the finest in the health sector".
